What this build is good for
This proposed PC build is fundamentally non-functional due to severe architectural mismatches. The Intel Core i7-10700F uses the LGA1200 socket, whereas the Dell 0MC7G motherboard is restricted to the legacy LGA1151 interface. Furthermore, the Dell components (motherboard, case, and power supply) utilize proprietary form factors and non-standard pinouts, making them incompatible with off-the-shelf retail hardware. While the Samsung NVMe SSD and Noctua cooler are reliable, high-performance parts, they cannot be utilized within the current Dell ecosystem. To build a viable system, it is necessary to replace the proprietary motherboard, chassis, and power supply with standard retail components that support the 10th Gen Intel CPU. Attempting to force these parts together will result in physical fitting issues and likely electrical damage due to proprietary Dell power connector standards.
- Proprietary Dell chassis constraints for GPU physical clearance
- Undocumented power delivery limitations of the proprietary PSU
- Windows license transferability if transitioning from an OEM motherboard

Useful next steps
Replace Motherboard and Case
The Dell 0MC7G is proprietary and incompatible with the i7-10700F. You must source a standard LGA1200 motherboard and a compatible ATX/Micro-ATX case.
Upgrade Power Supply (PSU)
The Dell PSU uses non-standard connectors. A standard ATX 650W PSU is required to provide stable power and correct cabling for a discrete GPU.
